Throughout the different chapters it discusses different issues relating to the amount and quality sleep students are getting. She talks about focus in school, after school activities like sports are affected, how it affects teens’ mental health, and so much more. Not only does this book describe how teens are being affected by their sleep, it gives parents and schools ways to help students get a good night's rest in order to be their best self. We believe that this book is a great resource for parents and educators in order to understand what their young adolescents are going through and how we can help them in the best way.
